A descendant of master carvers and designers, Neel continues her family’s legacy while advocating for the repatriation of cultural artifacts. Her designs, such as “Four Noble Women,” celebrate Indigenous strength, while her work as a Repatriation Specialist at the Royal BC Museum ensures that lost cultural treasures return home. Neel’s artistry is both a tribute to the past and a path toward a just future.
