"Pressure Point" is a satirical documentary series exploring British Columbia’s environmental issues through fictional interviews with politicians and senior bureaucrats.
Climate change is undeniably the most important environmental issue of our era. Yet many politicians, mostly from the right, continue to downplay the effects of climate change or even question whether it really exists. I wondered what a prime minister might say if they were grounded in climate denial and maybe even a flat Earther. And if they could be persuaded to accept the idea that the planet is getting warmer, would they see it as a bad thing or an economic opportunity?
