Sarah, a young girl with Down syndrome, participates in guided animal therapy by riding a horse named Crackers. Matthew, an 18-year-old boy with Down syndrome, has grown up with dogs. His mother fosters many dogs as they search for adoptive homes. Matthew forms a special bond with a dog that helps him train for his golf tournament.
